The agreement. In plain language.

By creating an account or using GTB in any way, you accept these Terms. You must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign you up and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

• You must give accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• One account per person. No duplicate, fake, or shared accounts.

You warrant that anything you upload — photos, videos, bio, skills, credits — is owned by you or you have the right to use it, and that it is accurate.

You grant GTB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the content you submit, solely on your own GTB profile and in directly related search and discovery features. You retain all intellectual property in your content outside GTB.

When you paste a URL to your profile on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, IMDb, Spotify, Wikipedia, Behance, SoundCloud, Vimeo, or any other platform, you confirm that you own that profile or are authorised to link to it.

GTB only displays the URL. We do not fetch, copy, mirror, scrape, or store content from those platforms. You are responsible for keeping those external profiles accurate.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Impersonate any person or create fake profiles.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
• Post hate speech, sexually exploitative content, or illegal content.
• Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
• Scrape, mass-download, or crawl GTB.
• Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

The GTB site design, brand marks, logos, code, copy, illustrations, and any other content created by GTB belong to Gateway to Bollywood Media Group Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written permission.

Paid offerings — including the Aspirants Pass, Newcomer Debut Programme, and Brand Deal Board — are governed by their own service-specific contract terms presented to you at the point of purchase. The refund policy applicable to each paid service is set out in that service's contract.

GTB may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable Indian law. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Gateway to Bollywood Media Group Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of GTB. Our total direct liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you have paid to GTB in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gateway to Bollywood Media Group Pvt. Ltd, its founders, officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (i) content you submit, (ii) external links you provide, or (iii) any breach by you of these Terms or applicable law.

GTB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. External links shown on GTB are user-submitted; GTB does not verify the content of those external pages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and GTB.
