1. Membership Tiers
Monthly: Rs. 100 (validity 30 days). Yearly: Rs. 900 (validity 365 days). Both tiers grant: profile visibility on the verified directory, audition application access, Platform messaging, Brand Deal Board read access (no posting), inclusion in casting director searches.
2. Membership Activation
Activated upon successful payment via Razorpay. GST at 18% on services applies and is included or added as displayed.
3. Profile Standards
Members must maintain accurate profiles with current contact information, valid portfolio media, and truthful skill representations. Outdated or false profiles will be flagged and may result in suspension.
4. Conduct
Members agree to the Casting Integrity Pledge, Zero Tolerance Policy, and Terms and Conditions. Engaging in casting couch behaviour, harassment, or fraudulent representation is grounds for immediate termination.
5. Direct Engagements
Productions and members may transact directly. GTB takes zero commission on member-to-member deals. Brands may message any verified member with legitimate project briefs; the platform's anti-spam and zero-tolerance policies still apply. Members are responsible for their own contracts, tax compliance (including TDS where applicable under Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act 1961), and dispute resolution with their counterparties.
6. Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except in specific circumstances detailed in /refund-policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of portfolio content. Limited licence granted to GTB for Platform display and promotion. Full IP terms at /ip-rights.
8. Termination
Members may terminate by emailing founders@gatewaytobollywood.com. GTB may terminate per Section 12 of the Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
Per Section 18 of the Terms (arbitration in Mumbai under Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, sole arbitrator, English language, Mumbai seat).
