COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
How we keep GTB credible.
a.Be honest
Use accurate information about yourself — real name, real photo, real skills, real credits. Only link to external profiles you actually own or are authorised to represent.
b.Be respectful
No harassment, no hate speech, no threats, no discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, language, region, or disability. Treat every member the way you want to be treated.
c.Be original
Don't upload work that isn't yours. Don't impersonate other artists, casting professionals, or brands. Give credit where credit is due.
d.Be legal
No illegal content. No fraud. No content featuring minors in unsafe contexts. No deepfakes or non-consensual sexual imagery. Anything that violates Indian law is not welcome on GTB.
e.Be a good gateway
GTB is a discovery and networking gateway. No spam. No scraping. No mass-messaging. No attempting to take members off-platform purely to avoid GTB's integrity checks.
f.Consequences
- First violation — warning and a chance to remediate.
- Second violation — account suspension.
- Serious or repeat violation — permanent ban, plus legal action where applicable under Indian law.
g.Reporting
To report a member or a piece of content, use our Grievance form. For impersonation, copyright, or unauthorised use of your name or photo, use the Takedown form.
h.The way we communicate on GTB
- Up to 3 contact attempts per week per profile. After that, please wait for a reply before reaching out again.
- If a member declines you 3 times, you cannot contact them again for 90 days. Repeat decline cycles within a year become permanent.
- No personal contact details (phone, email), no off-platform pivots (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram), and no harassment. Messages that break these rules are filtered automatically and reported.
