Security Provider Directory — Disclaimer and Terms

Gateway to Bollywood Media Group Pvt. Ltd operates the Celebrity Security Providers directory as a verified listing service ONLY. GTB verifies PSARA licenses and insurance documents at the time of listing activation, and re-verifies annually. GTB is NOT a security service provider, security agency, or security broker. GTB does not employ, contract, supervise, train, dispatch, or manage any security personnel.

Every security service contract on GTB is a direct agreement between the security agency (the "Provider") and the client engaging them (the "Client"). GTB is NOT a party to such contracts. GTB does not collect payment for security services. Payment for security services flows directly between Client and Provider.

GTB does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or vouch for the quality, competence, conduct, ethics, or outcomes of any security services rendered by listed Providers. Verification confirms only that PSARA license and insurance documents existed and were valid at the time of last review. Providers are independent businesses acting in their own capacity.

Gateway to Bollywood Media Group Pvt. Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates assume NO LIABILITY whatsoever for:

• (a) Any incident, injury, harm, theft, loss, damage, or claim arising from security services rendered by listed Providers;
• (b) Any contractual, financial, performance, or service-quality dispute between Client and Provider;
• (c) Any negligent, willful, fraudulent, criminal, or tortious act by Provider personnel;
• (d) Any failure of Provider to deliver services, comply with applicable law, or fulfil contractual obligations;
• (e) Any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GTB's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the directory function shall not exceed the verification fee paid by the Provider for the most recent verification cycle.

Listed Providers are independent businesses, not GTB employees, contractors, agents, or partners. Their services, conduct, pricing, and obligations are entirely their own. Any representation that a Provider is "GTB-affiliated", "GTB-certified", or "GTB-endorsed" beyond the verified listing status is unauthorised and grounds for immediate delisting and legal action.

Both Providers and Clients using the directory agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gateway to Bollywood Media Group Pvt. Ltd, its directors, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from their use of the directory or the security services facilitated through it.

Providers must comply with PSARA Act 2005, Arms Act 1959, applicable state private security regulations, IPC sections on private defence and lawful authority, and local police protocols. GTB's verification does not absolve Providers of any compliance obligation. Compliance failures are the Provider's sole responsibility.

Any misconduct, illegal activity, or unprofessional behaviour by listed Providers should be reported to report@gatewaytobollywood.com. GTB will investigate and may delist providers in violation. Reports are not legal proceedings — clients with grievances must pursue civil or criminal remedies directly with the Provider through Indian courts.

This disclaimer is governed by Indian law. Disputes related to the directory function (not security services) follow GTB's standard arbitration provision in the Terms (Mumbai seat, Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996).

GTB may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the directory after changes constitutes acceptance.
