1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid GTB products: Professional Membership (monthly / yearly), Newcomer Debut Membership, and Brand Brief posting fees.
2. Monthly & Yearly Memberships
Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Members retain access until the period ends. GTB does not currently auto-renew memberships; each cycle is a fresh one-time charge that must be initiated by the member.
3. Newcomer Debut Membership
Cancellation (voluntary withdrawal) follows the Refund Waterfall in Section 7 of the Newcomer Debut Contract Template. Refund eligibility depends on the production phase at the time of withdrawal.
4. Brand Briefs
A posted brand brief may be cancelled by the brand at any time before a member is awarded the campaign. After award, cancellation is governed by the brand-member contract.
5. How to Cancel
Members may cancel by emailing gtb@gatewaytobollywood.com from the email address on file, or via the Account → Billing & Invoices page once a self-service cancel control is available.
6. Effect of Cancellation
On cancellation, the profile remains visible until the paid period expires, after which it is moved to a hidden state. Profile data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed entirely by the Refund Policy. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund.
